Hello there! Sorry for the late response! And I don’t mind answering! My starting weight was around 145 and I’m down to about 118 now and I’m 5’ 3”. My main tip is to just eat a healthy diet, that’s what mainly did it for me! I exercise regularly by running on the treadmill or elliptical (depending on what mood I’m in, haha), and still have dessert every once in awhile, but as long as you eat meals in moderation you should be good. For your height, you seem like you’re at a pretty healthy weight, so just stay healthy and happy girl! :D
